Gautam Swarup works on commercial and tax disputes, including assessment and appellate proceedings, transfer pricing and cross-border tax issues. His practice includes advice on domestic and international tax positions and the procedures available to resolve disputes.
His experience also encompasses private equity, investment structures and fund formation. He has worked with Nishith Desai Associates in its direct tax, international tax and funds practices, and with DMD Advocates in tax advisory and litigation.
